It appears the Indian government asked Indian-based search engines to block a few blogs hosted on Blogspot, and they have taken it a step further and blocked all Blogspot (i.e. Blogger) blogs. Fortunately those in India can still access the blogs directly, but they are not being indexed via those search engines.
