Canadian Privacy Law Blog: Can you record telephone calls without consent?

Good discussion about the laws in question. Presumably recording voicemail is implied consent, although with the ability for messages to be forwarded electronically via VoIP or "translated" into text by voicemail systems, it makes you wonder how much of this is consent is implied or should be made explicit...
